Hewlett Packard Printers Don't Print

I went into HP Sandton City some time ago to purchase new printer cartrages for an old printer. I was advised to purchase a new printer as the old printer cartridges cost more than a new printer. So I did. Ever since I received this printer it has not been printing correctly. I took it back to Sandton City and they said it was fine just needed new cartridges so I put new cartridges in. This was a couple of months ago. I tried using it today and it's not printing. I checked the amount of ink in the cartridges and they show that they are full. HP, I am tired of going back and forth to the shop, it is wasting my time, money and paper!<br> The printer I have is an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545.<br> I don't recommend this HP (Hewlett Packard) Product to anyone. <br> Hewlett Packard - Please sell products that work and are consumer friendly!
