Hewlett Packard - no support in South Africa?

I bought an HP All-in-one printer 3525 in December 2013 which is now just out of warranty.<br> The printer suddenly stopped printing in black. All other colours fine. I am the only one in my household i.e. the only user and maybe print once a week in small quantities. After a year I was still working on the original ink cartridge.<br> The person trying to assist at *** has only one answer and that is to refer me to *** to have the printer head replaced. She should be the technician!<br> At *** her only answer is to pack the printer in my car and bring it to them. She could hardly understand me and my English is OK.<br> Is there somewhere someone from HP that is interested in saving their name and helping a customer?
