Hewlett Packard cartridge rip- off
<p>I bought a HP officejet Pro 6830 and to my surprise it used the colour cartidges to print in</p> <p>" true" b;ack as I was told by HP. I have not printed one page in clour and yet the colour cartidges are used at the the same rate as the black. This is just a **** to make you consume cartridges. This will be the last HP priiter that I buy</p>

After several correspondences with HP i was basically told that the colour cartridges are used to print black and that this cannot be changed . I totally disagree with this as it should be the user that decides on the quality of the print and not the printer. I will never buy another HP printer again as I find this tiotally unacceptable.
