Fourways Branch . I went in for a charger for lap top - none available (i bought at incredible ) I needed new battery for lap top - none available and they didn't know if the factory had stock but would check and get back to me. One week later I went back as had no communication with them. The lady i dealt with was off and no one knew what was going on - where she had written my details down as each assistant has their own "book" ?? it was a fiasco and would most definitely prevent me from buying another HP lap top. There was one guy there who showed initiative and searched through emails and told me my assistant had emailed factory but factory hadn't rep**** ? so why didn't she chase the factory ? This lack of service is so disappointing
