HEWLETT PACKARD -BAD SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

I am very disappointed in the bad service and backup support received from HP, they used to be a brand to admire and purchase for my clients but since purchasing a new HP Desktop i5 with out of box locking up and freezing issues they refuse to do a DOA swop and now want to repair the unit when we have been having this issue from day one.

I strongly suggest buying Dell and not considering HP as they are no longer interested in top customer support and backup.

HP Change my mind by coming to the party with a first class solution.
