H P Envy 15 Laptop

We bought our son a H P Envy 15 laptop when he started varsity 3 years ago. At the time we paid R16 000 for it. He had it for a few months when it started giving him problems. It went back and forth to H P with the same problem. They eventually replaced it and gave him a new one. The replacement is giving us problems after having it for only two years. We did troubleshooting on the phone with one of their agents and were told it's a hardware issue. I phoned Mohale at H P in Joburg and they're not willing to assist us with the repair. I feel 2 years is a very short time for a laptop to be giving us these problems since we paid so much for it. It's still in an excellent condition cosmetically as my son hardly used it.
