Good Service is Key

I purchased A laptop a few week s ago and it came to be with a few minor problems. Upon realizing this I contacted the Hp store and was helped by a man by the name of Sihle.

I just want to commend him on his excellent service. He was helpful,he checked that all was in order and even made the effort to check on me after the fact.

I wasn't happy with the hole process or even all the other people I had to deal with but Sihle was a Star and made my life that much easier.
