Faulty Printhead

<p>Did troubleshooting and logged on site. Get a call only for them to contact me and say I must fix at Ensure IT . They cant help me and I have to pay myself its a hardware related issue. YES REALLY COULD ALSO HAVE TOLD THAT TO MYSELF! Phone Ensure and quote is R1700, we paid R1600 for the printer. The internet is full of complaints about the exact same printer with a faulty printhead (i did my homework, pitty I did not do it before I bought it) They are well aware of this issue but yet sell the merchandise full knowing the part is faulty. This is not acceptable. </p>
