Fault when trying to print on photo paper

I have an HP Officejet Pro 8620 and it is supposed to be able to handle photo paper of 280 grams.<br> <br> Well I am trying to print photos on photo paper of 260 grams and it is not working.<br> <br> What is the problem here?<br> <br> I tried to find a solution online but I cannot turn my printer around to view information on the back as it is too heavy for me.<br> <br> It is still under warranty.<br>
