False advertising between Vodacom and HP

Good day

I purchased a HP laptop from Vodacom on Black Friday for my son, and with the laptop came vouchers I could redeem to buy additional items like a laptop bag, software etc. I was quite happy with the deal as acceasories worth R3500 was offered to me. But the haywire started when firstly I could not open the link to purchase these accessories. I phoned the VVCR call centre on the 2nd December and the voucher links were sent to me. YAY!! More like NAY!!! When I received the links to the vouchers the Voucher on the redemption booklet and what was offered to me via the links were different. This is when more problems started I emailed VVCR and told the gentleman that there was an error and he rep**** that I should contact HP. So I chatted to a consultant online on the HP Store and that consultant insisted that it was no fault of HP's but Vodacom. I then chatted to Vodacom via Facebook messenger and the person told me I needed to go in store as I purchased the laptop from the store. I have been to the store more than 3 times and the store now blames HP. This is really frustrating as neither party wants to take responsibility and are making me the customer like an idiot. Really Vodacom and HP!!!
