Facilitating the repairing of laptop by Ensure

Ensure Services text me to collect my laptop. When I got there the keyboard was still not working so I left the laptop behind. <br> <br> Ensure Services refused to corrier my laptop and insisted that I must come again. After so many times requesting them to bring my laptop. I decided to contact HP to assist me.<br> <br> I'd like say to thank you to Lulama from HP Johannesburg, Customer Care Department.<br> He was really helpful in making Ensure Services to send my laptop to me within few hours I had been told that it can be only be sent the following day.<br> <br> This is what I call customer service. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Hp Shop to Hewlett Packard by hellopeter.com)</em></div>
