Empty promises and poor customer service

<p>I bought laptop speakers on the 02 of April 2016 and they promised to deliver the speakers on the 15th of April still yet I have not received the speakers. They still making empty promises saying they will call me when the speakers have arrived yet had nothing from them; the only thing the manager says is that it's not their fault it's logistics even if I ask for refund they don't want to refund me</p>
