I was shocked by the experience I had with HP service provider Ensure services in Midrand. I had booked my HP ELITEBOOK X360 G3 laptop that had a problem with a touch screen, paid a booking fee and was given a job number. A week later I checked the status of my machine online and its said it was ready. Upon arrival at their premises i was told that the unit is not ready and that a new Job number had been issued but nobody bothered to inform me. A CRM supervisor (Lyod Russell)was called to explain to me the whole fiasco. He went on to tell me that a quotation was suppose to be sent to me but they couldn't because they are waiting for one of their own to come to the office so that He can send me a quotation, and that they have been delays because he is working from home. I explain to Loyd that I do not need a new screen i just wanted to know if they can sort out the touch on the screen because its a new screen, He told me that they cant they need to replace the whole screen. I then asked him to give back the laptop. when I got it back the laptop screen was not in a condition that it was when i brought it in, i went on to explain to him that i brought the laptop with one problem and now i have two new problems ( the screen has a mark and it looks like they tried to open it and they couldn't) that's when he lost it telling me that he hates dealing with people like me ('not sure if he meant the colour of my skin or what). He started swearing and screaming **** YOU and when i asked him not to swear at me he went on cursing he must have said that word six times, one of his colleagues tried to calm him down but he just screamed at me bringing his face close to mine like someone who is looking for a physical fight. Every one in that office heard him including customers that were there, they could not believe it.

I then took my laptop and left their office. I will never buy or recommend and HP product to anyone ever again. I was shocked that a brand like HP would have someone like that representing them.
