DON’T BUY HP PRODUCTS! THEY DON’T WANT TO HELP ALTHOUGH THE PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY!

I bought a HP laptop through vodacom, the laptop stopped working, I took it to a reputable Vodacom Repair shop. They told me it’s the hard-drive and I should contact HP directly. I never had such idiotic help from anyone. They use “Platinum Warranty Desk” as the repair-middle-man. They try every trick in the book to avoid helping me, although the laptop is just over 6 months old. It’s a HP fault. They are rude, useless and even told me I must pay the non-working laptop for another 2 and a half years!
