DO NOT ORDER FROM HP ONLINE

Placed an order on 08/09/2021

Enquired on the order on 13/09/2021, was told that the order was not delivered because "I moved". My address is the same as per my previous order and so is my contact details. There was no delivery vehicle here, nor did I receive any phonecalls, so how did they determine that I moved? (which I did not!)

Enquired again on 14/09/2021 was informed that delivery will only take place on 15/09/2021 as all delivery vehicles already left the depot.

Enquired again at close of business on 15/09/2021, was told that order was delivered to Adrian on 14/09/2021!!! Who is Adrian???

Basically this company takes your money and messes you around!!!!
