Do not buy from HP. Service & repairs is dismal

Please be warned about HP's customer service! You buy a laptop, it develops a fault whilst under warranty. You take it in to be repaired under warranty and you are then told that your laptop was ****** in a ******* of their premises and that they are willing to make you a settlement offer of 23% of the value of the laptop. What disgusting after sales service. Be warned!<br>
