Disgusted!!!

Good Day. Today I bought a black ink cartridge from Game. When I got home I installed the cartridge. My computer said "Previously used genuine HP cartridge installed." I checked the ink level and it's quarter!!!! So you pay alot of money for a product that's not what it's supposed to be. When I pay over R300 I expect to get a full ink cartridge!!! So they use the cartridge, reseal it and sell it as new???? Disgusted!!!!
