Cannot get my imaging drum replaced!!!

I have only in the past bought HP printers, but oh my goodness, today I realised how useless these idiots are. My printer needs a new imaging drum. I call Makro and Incredible Connection (both very helpful) and they said I can only get it from HP. I had to complete all info on line just to get a number to dial. I call, they give me another number. The one lady was so useless that when I asked for the address in Midrand she put the phone down. Then I get through to guys based in Pakistan or somewhere that you cannot make out what they say. Then another guy helps me, he was friendly, but gave me the totally wrong info. He said I must buy the drum from the HP Store in Standton. I call them they said they don't sell consumables, only printers. So, if HP call centre don't know how and where I can replace my imaging drum how on earth must I know. Really??? After all the frustration I have had and the cost of just recently putting new toner cartridges in, I think I will take this printer and chuck it in the bin. Good bye HP, you are pathetic
