Beware of HP Printers, there is no back up

I usually replace my printer every 3-4 years and have only been using HP (supposed to be the best,LOL) my last printer i purchased expired at the begining of March only 4 days after the 1 year warranty expired. I contacted HP and was referred to there repairing agent in Cape Town ( Ensure IT).<br> My printer has been there since the 9 March and every week without fail i get an email saying \delayed due to the shortage of repair parts. You will informed when your unit is ready for collection. Apologies for the inconvenience"this has been going on for over 2 Months now. I contacted HP customer care"
