Bad Service, Worst Ever Support Agents

We have a number of printers we bought for business use. The printers started leaking ink. I contacted HP support and they said this was normal for printers to do that. I took the printers to a recommended HP repair center and they said it's not normal for ink to drip. HP did not want to take responsibility at any level. A 14 month old printer had it's printhead failed. They say there's nothing they can do, although the problem with ink was reported and they said nothing could be done.
