Bad service - HP (SA)

I purchased a new i5 in Sept 2023 in April 2024 the WiFi started to give technical problems. The machine was taken to Ensure Services and apparently it was sorted out. In Aug 2024 the same problem occurred and taken back and the motherboard was replaced - all this within the 1 year factory warranty. HP refused to replace the machine BUTY instead repaired it. In May the problem occurred again and this time the machine went back to the retail store. Again the motherboard was replaced and HP refused to be part of the problem. There is 3 months left for the extended warranty and neither can give me an assurance that the machine will not trouble again in at least 3 years
