Any other laptop- not HP

Laptop went to black screen 5 days after warranty expired. According to Incredible Connection H.P S.A had modified my laptop from the original specs. Now it switches off when its not in the mood to work. Battery runs down super fast. Spent R 8k- really suffering buyers remorse.
