DISAPPOINTED

DISAPPOINTED!! I booked a luxury campsite with an extra hot tub on 29th August. Booking confirmed by establishment via what's app. A week before we were due to arrive, I am told no hot tub available. Disappointed but still excited for the trip. On our arrival on Friday 26th September we were shown to our campsite ie grass patch which was being watered at the time so everything was wet. Also ur assigned campsite 8 is the ONLY site with no shaded gazebo or privacy like the others. Same price at R600 I might add False advertising as website says ALL sites have a gazebo. Ablutions are tiny and not on site. We asked for a refund and were told not possible. We left and lost out on the money!! I feel that we were mislead by false advertising and **********!! Not a happy Camper
