Extremely dissapointed

Good morning, I would like to advise that one of your vehicles smashed my car last year on the 23 Oct and I am awaiting payment from your claims division since then, Its really disappointing to know that it wasn't my fault yet I am waiting months, My claim number is CLM651925, Really bad service especially when I need my vehicle for my job.
