The worst service ever received. Gave my licence papers to her, because they are a "queue for you" service. Asked me to pay beforehand. A week later posted a status that no longer taking licence renewals for the year. Asked if mine was still going to be done. Didn't answer me for a whole day, not until I threatened to go to authorities because she took my money without providing the agreed services.
