Hessequa Municipality

Last year I received a R400-00 fine, which I paid. Last week I received a call from Hessequa Municipality claiming that I had another R400-00 fine. This is about 6 months later. So I dutifully paid. I then noticed that the reference numbers were the same. One number had "FINE" behind it so that a duplicate fine could be loaded onto the system. I disputed this, and wrote to the DA, the Hessequa Mayor and the Hessequa Municipality. I supp**** banking proof of payment again. The DA did not bother to respond. The Mayors office responded and informed the Municipality about this matter. I received a response from Zaan at the municipality as he works on the system. I was asked for my banking details (a bank approved statement) which I sent. I was informed that I would be refunded. Yesterday, the 18th May, I received a third demand for the same fine? I guess we know what this is all about.
