Purchasing apartment at Hesketh Estate in Pietermaritzburg

I am quite perturbed by the lack of professionalism with regards to the specifics of purchasing an apartment at Hesketh Estate in Hayfields Pietermaritzburg. When I viewed the one bedroom apartment at Hesketh Estate I was informed that the levy was R810, thereafter it was R800, and again when asked it changed to R803. Now that I received the purchase agreement the levy has been changed to R1013!!! Any advice and how do I contact the body corporate to get the exact amount-my offer to purchase was based on a levy of R810
