Hesketh estate a nightmare

I have been living here at the hesketh estate for 3 months now since it opened and the quality of the place is extremely poor. There isn't any extractor fans in the kitchen because the over head cupboards are so low to the stove. The first day you use the stove you start to see the cupboards bubbling. The walls look like they only have one layer of paint, when you stick anything to the wall it falls off with the paint the same day. The walls are mostly plaster when you drill only plaster falls off. They have a central boiler system and we hardly ever have any hot water, atleast 3 timesbper week we dont have any hot water and its been going on since this place opened. Body corporate also doesnt seem to care about the people who live here. We were promised sheltered parking before we bought this apartment and now the body corporate tells everyone its not in their plans. Its december when it hails who is gonna be responsible for the hail damage to our cars? We paid close to a million rand for an apartment that doesnt have hot water and is made mostly of plaster this place is a *******.
