Useless, non responsive

<p>My son has completed his GED exam through Boston College in Vereeniging in June 2016. According to what we were told, we needed to pay R450 for a matriculation exemption letter. We paid and mailed all the necessary documentation on 15 September 2016, which was in due course because we needed to make the closing date for university applications. We have now surpassed the application period for our preferred University and all because no one bothers to answer the telephones or numerous emails that are sent through.</p>
