No response on mature age exemption certificate progress

<p>I have sent all my documents in June 2016 and I was sent a tracking number via email. I called on the 19 of August 2016 and spoke to Zizakele and she assured me that they have a high volume of work and I should just wait on further correspondence but I received nothing thus far. I tried calling from Monday morning which was the 21 November 2016 but the phones are not answered at all, I kept on calling everyday with no answer at all. I am very unhappy with the service as I paid R450 for the certificate the I qualify for. I need it so I can submit it to the university as I need to start my studies in January 2017. It's been 5 months and I still do not have it and they told me it takes 10 weeks.</p>
