We called Graham of Hertzell Holdings to give us a quotation for our swimming pool construction and decking project. He was very impressive right from the word go. Our appointment was for 10am and he was on site at 9h50. He was very professional and very presentable compared with the other people who had quoted us. After receiving his well prepared quotation we decided to give him the job even though his quotation was higher than the other questionable competitors. His team was very helpful throughout the project. Graham gave us daily updates of the project throughout. His team always kept our yard reasonably clean and were very trustworthy.
