Hertzell Holdings - ********* business practice

On our first meeting - Graham was as professional as you can get - what a performance - after starting the actual job the mud was taken off my eyes - Poor Communication, Poor Time Management, Poor Work ethic, Questionable knowledge - site was left is a mess when it was so called completed. What service after 1 month, what 5 year warranty ? I have a pool that leaks and a contract not worth the paper its written on - please don't be fooled people - Hertzell Holdings or Grahams Pools when you call the cell no - is an ********* business without value to the consumer - don't be fooled by the good image being portrayed - that is what they do to get your business. Hopefully we can get this information to the public and save the community loss of finance and time.
