Worst rental agent

I have had R10300 rand debited from my account. Both transactions where the amount of R5150 on 17 February 2020. I have went into Herm**** branch to dispute this transaction, absolutely clueless, the have said i should contact my bank and ask why the 2 deductions, Capitec bank has told me on the other hand that Hertz has authorized 2 deductions of R5150 on the same day. I have been renting from hertz for over 5 years and as a gold member i was getting good rates. We have been renting a vehicle for past 2 months on long term rental and they have been charging me inconsistent rates, the paying system is not clear.
