Worst car rental company

I rented car online from Hertz of which when I did my application online I was never told about the the deposit of which I paid when I collected the no problem. I returned their car. Yesterday I checked my account and it showed that the payment was banked by the merchant “Hertz Car Rental” and is no longer pending only the deposit of R5650 was still pending. Now if you bank your own Payment it means our business relationship is concluded you have your money and you should repay me my deposit. I have emails of which you provide ref number and never rep****. Your whole system is not working. The customer service makes me regret the day I decided to rent from you.
