Worst car hire in SA

Hertz is a worst car rental ever, they are ******, *******. They charge you R295 administration fee for fines you incurred, on top of that they don't even bother sending you the proof of those fines. You just see them taking money from your credit card, I requested that they send me proof of those fines so I can see the dates but until today I'm still waiting. One of their agents sent me an email asking me for an invoice, but they do have the invoice they that they invoiced me. Why ask me for an invoice, I just wanted the proof of the fines that I received. I will not recommend anyone to use Hertz car hire.
