When will I get my money back????
Since 19/09/2025, today being the 03/10/2025, my credit card hold deposit of R15000 has still not been refunded.

07 Oct 2025, 13:08Update: My funds were returned on 06/10/2025 after back and forth between Hertz and the bank, where Hertz initially claimed that they did not have my funds. While I am grateful for the assistance that my funds were returned, I still do not recommend this company to anyone. No one deserves to go through the amount of stress this situations puts you through, and the amount of admin YOU have to do and facilitate to get back what is yours. Never again.
