Very unhappy customer - would not reccommend Hertz rent a car

I rented a car from Hertz on 10 November 2021 and only after numerous complaints and phone calls they released my deposit of R18000 almost 2 months later. After a month they promised to contact the bank to release the deposit and after another month and a few phone calls later my deposit was released on 8 January 2022. They made excuses, blaming the bank and my account for not getting my deposit back. This borders on financial *****! There is no explanation for keeping it so long after the car has been returned. Their customer service was not helpful at all. This is totally unacceptable. I will never make use of Hertz again!
