Very Unhappy Client that needs a refund

I rented a car with hertz in September 2023 and got an email that i have an e toll penalty of R25 and Paid it sent the proof of payment to Suzan Jack ,*** and *** but i kept getting emails to send proof of payment of which i did countless times and to my suprise this year i still got emails that i owe Hertz and they deducted R350 From my account so i got penalised because someone at Hertz failed to do their job . I need my refund Hertz.
