Very Poor Car Rental Dealer

As I now read the reviews of other unhappy customers I wish I checked them out first before renting from them. If I could give them 0 out of 5 rating I would. This was my first time renting a car. Firstly the amount advertised and amount we paid to rent was more than double...then the deposit we paid will only be refunded after 21 days (I was not aware, maybe it's standard I don't know). Secondly the car we opted to rent online we didn't receive. Lastly, the ended up renting a Datsun Go. I refilled the car in Umhlanga, drove directly back to King Shaka Airport (19-20km), bearing in mind that the Datsun go is very light on fuel, gives you around 19-20km per liter. They went ahead and charged me R368 on my credit card for not refueling the car?? After phoning them several times I eventually found someone with enough savvy to help me, she said that this was incorrect on their side, they should've deducted R39, not R368. On their side it had apparently been credited, but I haven't received anything as of yet. So if you consider renting from them, think twice...
