Very efficient desk
Arrived at Hertz reception and organised to get my car. When the receptionist saw my luggage she told us our car choice was too small and immediately changed it for one in the same group but with much more boot space. As we were going through to George this saved us much inconvienence. Further the precheck was very good and helpful. My credit showed about 3 days later. Now used Hertz 4 times to hire a car one way and been pleased each time
