VERY DISAPPOINTED

<p>I rented a car from Hertz on Monday 26 December for my holiday in CapeTown. The car I got is a Ford Fiesta and has done 44000 km. There is a terrible humming sound coming from the rear wheels. The car shakes if one goes over 80km an hour. The front tyres are almost smooth. I don't think that the car has had its wheels balanced or tyres rotated since it was new. Traveling in Cape Town has not been very comfortable as the car shudders and hums whilst driving. I sent an email to Hertz customer care informing them of my concerns and I have not had a response back from them. </p>
