Useless Hertz

I rented a car from Hertz on 18 March 2022 and brought the car back on 22 march 2022,there was a damage from the rim and lost wheelcover, according to Hertz the damage estimate was 2445 and there was an amount of R875 for fuel but end of March they debited and amount of R4500 from my account, I've been asking where is my balance of from the R4500 they debited but till today they not answering me, I want my R1175 to be returned and we part ways in peace this company is ******, they don't even reply my email address Benedict ***
