Unresponsive and Rude

I booked a vehicle using www.rentalcars.com and unfortunately Hertz was selected as a supplier. The entire rental experience was a complete disaster starting with the rude representatives at OR Tambo International to the fact that I’ve been requesting an invoice for the past 2 weeks with no response while they debit amounts from my account. I’m sorry to say but this supplier is unresponsive and I will never use them again, AVIS is far better.
