Unprofessional conduct

You guys are bunch of ******* and time wasters, on the 24th August in Durban i booked a car with no issues, on the 3rd i make another business booking for a van/bakkie via website money is taken and the booking is confirmed, when i get to that ***** office in Krugersdorp this guy refuses to give the car due to credit score, firstly why take my money and secondly what’s difference between the two bookings, now i am over 48hrs still waiting for my refund, you were quick to take my money but now i am waiting like an idiot…money doesn’t grow from trees, please give me my money asap!
