Unprofessional and rude car hire service

This car rental company service is a disappointing. I have hired vehicles before with different car hire companies but the service I got starting from the reception at OR Tambo international airport, until the rude call I received that they want to dispatch a tracking service to come and recover the car from me. It is very disappointing, if one needs a professional car hire service, my advise is not to use Hertz
