Unknowing charges

Worst rental car agency. Poor communication. Rented a vehicle only to find out it's nor road worthy. They had to deliver a new vehicle which I was charged for added to that I was still charged for the 2 days yet I had no car. 2 days later hertz calls to find out what time will I be returning the vehicle informed them I will return it in GP. Was not informed about a one way fee. Get a deduction been in communication with Cindy from customer service.. over a month the lady says the same thing over n over . Dumb repetition from her side. Also a lot of contradiction on her emails. This rental agency is a ******* and there try to find means to make you pay for things you have no clue about.if it's the last thing I do I will make it known about my pain and suffering from this rental agency...
