Unimaginably Poor Customer Service

Rented a vehicle and accidentally cracked plastic cover on rear tail-light. A replacement unit costs R 526.00, without my approval they charged R 8000.00 to my account. I have formally refused the charges as per their process and written numerous email to all the addresses provided. No refund, no response and clearly no integrity. Do not recommend that you rent a car from this organisation!
