Unhappy with Hertz not coming back again
Im am so unhappy with the service I am receiving at Hertz. Booked a car in OR Tambo on the 22nd of Sep, it was returned on the 25th of Sept and they confirmed that everything is good. I expected my money back after 7days as the lady who assisted me said. They first started deducting small amounts without my authorization days after I had dropped the car. Now it has been 26 days since the booking but I still don't have my deposit back. instead they deduct. I am UNHAPPY!! Never coming back!!
