Unfair treatment and racial **************

I went to hire a car with them over the weekend and they reserved the deposit twice. I had to spend about 3hours trying to sort out the issue, however it was not resolved. I had to suffer the challenges. When I took the car, the staff responsible to assist with checking of the car were never interested in the process and advised that I must leave with a car there won’t be a problem. When I returned a car, the inspecting guy went straight to a scratch and they demanded me to acknowledge the responsibility. I approached a lady whom they advised was a supervisor at that time and she claimed that they keep all the records in a tablet, but when I asked her me she spoke of a human error, but expects me to settle the bill. I do not know if it because of the color of my skin that resulted in that treatment. I was very ill treated and undermined. I would never refer anyone for a car hire to that rental company.
