Unfair service and total disrespect 4 lack of communication and no information just before Christmas supposed to be a time of giving

I was returning the vehicle that my insurance had organised for me while I was on the way to return it the radio and instrument cluster storage going crazy eventually the vehicle cut out and came to a stop I phoned hertz to send it to her truck cuz the car wouldn't start they then sent a tow truck driver after two three hours of waiting he then took me home and showed me a paper that said anything under 30 kilometres will only be six hundred Bucks so believe in him since my mum was standing next to me I signed the paper he gave me cuz he wanted to charge me 2000 something like that to take it back to the yard where he was going to anyway so I told him to leave it at my house and I'll do it myself thinking I'll only pay 600 Bucks which turned out to be a lie in foolish me didn't read the paper I signed so right before Christmas the money I was gonna use for presents for my family was deducted with no invoice no warning no nothing not even a 30-day payment plan like they promise the tow truck driver then took the vehicle with no post inspection report and now I've been blamed and had money deducted for damages I never caused not only do they have no proof of the me causing these damages but they don't seem to care I will be finding out from my lawyer is this is legal even if it is I never got my 3-day chance to pay the account I never even had 30 seconds so my Christmas was ruined thanks to hertz but at least two weeks down the line they sent me an invoice after been directed from at least five different departments I just want to say thanks for ruining my Christmas the one time of year I get to spend with my family enjoy
